Giles Nunis - Managing Director

Following an extensive career in Executive Management and Project Direction, Giles became Managing Director of Ajilon upon the retirement of former Managing Director, Ian McFarlane in July 2008. Giles has held previous roles within Ajilon as a Consulting Director, National Marketing Director and Sector Lead for our Government clients. He also held senior roles with Ajilon's predecessor in Western Australia, AeM. Giles' experience encompasses a broad range of clients from across Australia and he has successfully delivered large IT and Business Change programs in the Justice and Land domains.

Bill Leropoulos - General Manager

A dedicated and talented professional with formal qualifications in computer science and psychology, Bill has full P&L accountability for the Victorian Business Unit including customer relationship management, commercial management and has national executive management responsibilities. He has 25 years experience in business and IT. His participative style and belief in shared responsibility has helped create the culture of truth and vision we use to shape and lead our team. Bill has experience in organisational change management including the delivery of complex business initiatives and integrated solutions.

Chris Benthien - General Manager

Chris is responsible for the West Australian Business Unit. He has 20 years management experience in both general business and IT related roles. He is a proven professional leader in organisational change and transition services and has delivered major initiatives to some of our key clients through disciplined program and project management. With business and technology strategy and architecture and IT and business effectiveness review also in his background, Chris has the whole 'toolkit' from which to develop and steer our business, particularly in WA, to effectively respond to our clients needs.

Geoff Howard - General Manager

Geoff manages the New South Wales Business Unit. He has held a variety of senior management, delivery and marketing roles across his 20 years in IT. He has transformed businesses through IT enablement, project managed diverse programs of work, provided systems and data centre operations management and held hands-on management roles developing business systems - always optimising operational and cost benefits while building in growth. This solid IT base coupled with his marketing experience means he champions the face of Ajilon in NSW, absorbing client needs and industry trends then translating them into solutions.

Steve Liston - General Manager

Steve is accountable for the Australian Capital Territory Business Unit. He has held a variety of senior management, delivery and marketing roles across his 25 years in IT. He has 10 years Public Sector experience within various IT roles before transitioning to the Private Sector. Some of his experience includes Project Director for Ferntree, Regional Sales Manager for SPL Worldgroup and Branch Manager for Peoplebank supporting 40 internal staff and over 400 sub-contract staff. A highlight of Steves career was a 6 month consulting assignment for APEC demonstrating the new Customs Tariff Database to all 21 APEC countries.
