How AeM Group became Ajilon

 

When our Sydney and Perth offices held their recent Ajilon launch parties on 24th May and 21st June respectively, the AeM Group brand officially gave rise to Ajilon’s.  These dates were a milestone in our company’s history, representing our rebirth as part of the global, industry-leading ICT services and solutions business, Ajilon Group.

After merging with Ajilon Consulting last September, AeM made the decision to adopt the Ajilon brand.  We wanted to bring together the best of both businesses under one national brand that demonstrated our size and our capability to the market.  The Ajilon brand is well-established and has a great track record worldwide, and AeM could see the benefits of leveraging Ajilon’s capabilities, tools and intellectual capital.

The AeM and Ajilon businesses have come together and been operating as one business for several months.  As a result of this integration, the Ajilon Group has acknowledged Ajilon Australia’s strong ‘people first’ culture, business process and methodologies.  It perceives our Australian business as a best-practice ICT consulting and solutions model, which it’s keen to replicate across Ajilon’s operations worldwide.

We’re proud of the confidence our parent company has in the way Ajilon Australia does business and we are keen to communicate this to our clients and staff.  It means we are continuing our business as usual, but we’re now able to offer much more from our brand.

AeM was synonymous with excellence and delivery and our decision to adopt the Ajilon brand has not changed this.  Our company’s vision, values and culture have remained the same.  Rebranding to Ajilon has only added to these strengths.

Our clients and our people were at the forefront of our minds when we made the decision to rebrand, and we believe both will benefit immensely as our Australian Ajilon business develops. 

Looking to the future, our ambition is for Ajilon to be seen as a leader in the business and ICT services market nationally, with global reach. Our business has moved to a new level and everyone within our Perth and Sydney offices is excited about where we’re headed.
