In 2005, Ajilon entered into a tenured Integrated Management Agreement with our Client, the largest membership organisation in WA with more than one million of health, travel, home, contents and car insurance, who in the last few years has also diversified into financial services products.

We manage and are accountable for the delivery of the full range of Information Technology services including full accountability for 24x7 support operations, project delivery, strategy and architecture. Our agreement is built on the strengths and successes of our long term partnership, in fact since 1999.

Over the years our Client had to meet the challenges presented by its planned and actual growth and the business changes ahead, translating to increasing demand for IT services and specialised IT resources and the need for professional development opportunities for their people to enhance retention rates.  Of course these challenges had to be addressed whilst maintaining an unwavering commitment to their members, a focus on diversification and growth and other business strategies.

Up until the formal Integrated Management Agreement, we maintained a partnership model that had proven to be very successful.  We were delighted therefore when our Client identified that they'd like to formalise and strengthen the relationship through an agreement.

We merged seamlessly with our Client’s culture and processes whilst implementing new structures and procedures. In addition, we took up every opportunity to demonstrate the essence of productive relationships – good communication. All stakeholders were engaged in extensive consultation, providing clarity and direction.

Amongst other key roles, we are responsible for managing their entire core information services functions, strategy and financial performance. We support and guide their IT infrastructure investments and deliver a range of ongoing infrastructure and core services including:
