Actively involved from inception through build and delivery to post implementation support, Ajilon's solution included provision of Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, SAP Functional Specialists, System Architects, Testers, Developers, Business Change Managers, Trainers and more.

To ensure smooth integration into existing business systems our Client asked us to to provide 24x7 Application Support for a period before and after 'go live’.  We made sure our support services were fully integrated with their current IT service provider, providing consistent and seamless problem identification, diagnosis, resolution and coordination services for the implementation.
