  • Attach your current CV

We will endeavour to acknowledge you as soon as possible and advise your application status. After assessing your skills based on your CV, we may elect to progress to a first round of interviews.

One of our strengths is our supportive company culture and maintaining this is important. To help sustain our culture, we look for people who possess the Ajilon values and attributes as well as complementing our skill base. To facilitate this, candidates may be requested to attend more than one interview to confirm our initial assessment.

Whilst considering your skills and experience, we may not have immediate opportunities that suit your area of expertise and career objectives. In these instances, we may elect to place you on what we call our ‘warm list’, where we retain application details for future roles. From the warm list, we will check back with you to gauge your interest as new opportunities arise.
