Ajilon is committed to making a difference in the communities in which we operate. We have a dedicated Community and Sustainability Program which supports a number of activities in the community every year.
We actively encourage and support our employees to participate in community events including Clean Up Australia Day, HBF Run for a Reason, Sydney to Gong Ride, Santos Great Bike Ride, City to Surf and MS Ocean Ride.
At Ajilon we encourage our employees in their fundraising efforts and workplace giving initiatives by matching all funds raised by employees in support of the Movember Foundation and the Australian Cervical Cancer Foundation.
As part of the Australian Red Cross Club Red Blood Donation Program Ajilon coordinates an annual blood donation drive and we support any of our employees who wish to donate blood on a regular basis.
We understand that for many people the opportunity to volunteer in the community is just as important as raising funds. To enable this, Ajilon provides all permanent staff with one fully paid day’s leave to volunteer at a charitable organisation working in the areas of Health, Environment or Education.
