Ajilon successfully tendered for the specification of business requirements for a major online government initiative. Five individual projects had been operating independently for several years each presenting unique and interrelated challenges.

Ajilon initiated a cross-program approach to identify interdependencies and scope overlaps whilst revisiting previous business requirements. By agreeing and promoting the new unified vision for the initiative, key internal and external stakeholders were re-engaged and a detailed set of standard requirements was captured and endorsed, providing a solid base for the Design, Acquisition, Build and Implementation phases.

The requirements were developed using Ajilon's innovative BusinessUML methodology. Since then Ajilon has progressed the first two phases of the program (Concept and Design) and is currently working on the third and fourth phases (Build and Implementation) with a successful pilot already implemented.
