Ajilon's client is a leading energy retail company that was formed from the disaggregation of the state-owned electricity provider. In the formation of this new electrical power retailer as a separate company and subsequently with its relocation to separate premises, there were many capabilities that needed to be rapidly developed to cover the vacuum left from a consolidated Information Technology service.

Ajilon's client is the largest health insurance provider in Western Australia with over 900,000 members and more than 800 staff to support them. In order to aid staff retention, the intention of the client's intranet was to provide staff with a single source of information and to help the staff located across its 20 branches feel part of the corporate culture.

Ajilon's client, a large government department, engaged Ajilon to undertake a review of its key business system.  The target system was a major component of the government's infrastructure, managing 1.5 million licensed drivers and 2.4 million registered vehicles in Western Australia, collecting $1.3 billion per annum.  It is a bespoke Java application, specifically designed to meet the needs of the department.

A major WA government department, responsible for a wide range of services primarily focused on land, transport and infrastructure management sought Ajilon's services to undertake an in-depth review of its primary application in relation to its business and technology environment.

Ajilon's client wanted to assess business recovery capabilities for its key information systems and infrastructure in the event of a short and long term interruption. This large government department is responsible for the orderly licensing and management of Mineral Titles, Petroleum Titles, Dangerous Goods, and Mine Safety, in addition to a number of whole of state resource and business development activities.

Ajilon's client, a large government department, wanted to migrate its existing application portfolio from the mainframe environment to a comparable Unix and NT hosting facility. Applications were to be converted to run on the new environment and no changes were made to the general function or "look and feel" of the applications.

A major Western Australian Government agency, which provides functions in support of all parliamentary process and business, chose Ajilon to provide Business Analysis, Business Process Modeling, UML Modeling and Technical Writing services.

A global leader in the resources industry, and the world's largest supplier of iron ore, leveraged its long-standing partnership with Ajilon to completely overhaul its Railroad Operations. This is an ongoing, major project in which Ajilon is assisting the client to align rail information systems and processes to improve train and rolling stock management and increase rail tonnage throughput.

Due to legislative changes, Ajilon's client was required to implement a new system where "Novice Drivers" (those who have less that 2 years driving experience) are identified and have specific rules applied concerning the number of driving demerit points that may be accumulated.

Ajilon's client is Western Australia's major health and general insurer with over one million members and $½ billion in revenue. It provides a large range of financial, insurance, and membership products.

This client's prime business strategy is one of diversification whereby it seeks to cross-sell related insurance and other financial products to its large member base.

Our client, one of Australia largest state government utilities, manages a long running water monitoring program in partnership with another corporation and government authority. The program supports over 250 local community, school and other groups across the State who investigate and take action on water quality, as well as catchment and ecosystem health.

When a national telecommunications provider strategically brought network development and construction back in-house, Ajilon worked alongside the team as Program Director and subsequently provided additional services including change management, project management, business analysis, training and documentation.

Ajilon provided program and project management services to a telecommunications client for a project that would impact some 9,000 of its consumer sales and service staff. The initial challenge was understanding the complexity of the client’s overall strategy in order to develop a logical and achievable Program of Work.
